Subject: Standing for Veterans & Prop. 1, Early Voting Starts Across Texas

Veterans, Monday (Oct. 24th) started early voting for the Nov. 8th election.  Please be sure to vote "For/Yes" Proposition 1 on the ballot.

Proposition 1 is stated as: Amendment No. 1 (S.J.R. 14) "Authorizing legislature to provide an exemption from ad valorem taxation of all or part of the market value of the residence homestead of the surviving spouse of a 100 percent or totally disabled veteran".

Early voting: Oct. 24th - Nov 4th

Election Day: Nov 8th

Please encourage your members to vote for Proposition 1.
